Not wanting to sound repetitive but it has already been a very busy week. It feels like every time i clear one job there then appears another two, just like magic.
With the expansion of our online sales and promotions it feels like our shop has just doubled in size, in the sense of stock management and admin. And as with the physical shop the list of jobs is just never ending. So anyone thinking that eCommerce is easy or easier money, think again.
If you are out there thinking of multi channel selling planning is everything. Plan, re-plan, review and plan again. And just to be sure review and plan again. If you dont get it right at this point you are heading for a world of trouble, oh, did I mention the six months work before you even see any kind of reward let alone a return.
With all that said digital sales are the future and really if your not in the digital marketplace your not in the marketplace.
