Monday On Tuesday

I normally like to post a blog on Mondays but the week started at the speed that last week ended. It has been very quiet in the shop the last couple of weeks, customers seem to be of very short supply at the moment.

I have worked in this sector for a number of years now and been involved in many studies and surveys and have never been able to find a pattern to the whys of footfall or spending patterns in the charity shop sector.

It is more difficult for us having no passing trade and being a destination for shoppers, but even with that there just doesn't seem to be any logic to why one week is busy and another quiet.
